Established in 2004, Newton Manor HOA is governed by a set of documents that establishes the HOA and provides for the rules and guidelines by which the community adheres to maintain a strong, safe and aesthetically pleasing community.  These documents include:

Architectural Guidelines
 

This handbook provide guidance related to making architectural improvements to your home or property. It provides specific design standards adopted by the Homeowners Association that were established to enhance the physical appearance of the community and preserve property values. This guides also explains the application and review process for homeowners seeking approval for any exterior modifications or changes to their homes or lots. Prior to making any home improvement (decks, extensions, fences, pools, sheds, etc.) be sure to submit your application to the HOA Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for approval.

Articles of Incorporation​

This document established Newton Manor HOA as a non-stock, no-profit corporation established to provide for or assure the maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the property subject to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions of the Newton Manor HOA.
